GUEST POLICY

Guests and those on the CTPA waiting list are eligible to play in the company of an Active member up to six (6) times per season. 

Guest fees are $10 per guest. There is no guest fee for Scrambles play.

The host is responsible for registering the guests on Chelsea, signing in the guest(s) in the log book located in the hut, and paying the $10 guest fee by cash, check (CPTA), or Venmo @ChathamPTA. 

For your convenience, there is a mailbox drop slot in the hut for paying guests fees. This is an honor-based practice. 

There are no guest fees for Scrambles, however signing in the guest logbook is required and counts as one of the six (6) play times. 

Sustaining members may play up to six (6) times a season accompanied by an Active member. Sustaining members do not pay a guest fee.
